How long will it take for my package to deliver?
Because we are a small team, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, US delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare each order!
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally in the future.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
As a small business, we focus on standard shipping to ensure each order is packed with care. We hope to offer faster shipping options soon.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

How to best care for my beach bean pillow?
Yes these are water resistant but not meant to soaking wet. For a quick stain use a tide to go stick or soapy water. If your beach pillow is looking extra dirty feel free to throw it in the wash on delicate cycle and air dry!
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible
Is the product handmade?
Yes — our pillows are handmade with care by wonderful women in Portugal.
